Lusa Wellness Burnout (burnout.lusawellness.com). Last updated 4 September 2026.
Lusa Wellness Burnout is provided by Lusa Wellness Center as a self-guided wellbeing tool. By using it you agree to these terms. There are no accounts, subscriptions or payments in the app, and you may stop using it at any time.
The breathing practices, movement, grounding exercises, check-ins and mood entries are supportive wellbeing practices only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional.
If you are in crisis, or you feel unwell, dizzy or in pain during any practice, stop and seek help from a medical professional or your local emergency service.
You take part in the exercises at your own pace and at your own risk. Please adapt or skip anything that does not suit your body, and check with a health professional first if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or managing a health condition.
Your name, check-ins, mood entries and completed exercises are stored in your own browser on your own device. You can erase them at any time from the You page. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim to keep the app available and improve it over time, but we may change, pause or withdraw features. Practice content, sessions and these terms can be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
To the extent permitted by law, Lusa Wellness Center is not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
